Professor Roger Hart
MD, FRANZCOG, FRCOG, CREI
Medical Director
Professor Hart is the Medical Director of Fertility Specialists and Professor of Reproductive Medicine, School of Women’s & Infants Health, UWA. He has interests in all aspects of infertility, and particularly polycystic ovarian syndrome. Professor Hart has an international profile in the field of infertility, he has published extensively in the field of infertility, and runs a fellowship program in infertility.

Dr Chris Nichols
MBBS, FRANZCOG,
Obstetrician and Gynaecologist
Dr Nichols is an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with extensive experience in the management of fertility. He is an examiner with RANZCOG and an adjunct senior lecturer at Notre Dame’s School of Medicine in Fremantle. His obstetric practice is primarily based at St John of God Murdoch since 1998.

Associate Prof. Krish Karthigasu
MBBS, FRANZCOG, MRCOG
Gynaecologist
Assoc Prof Karthigasu is a Gynaecologist with specialist training and experience in advanced laparoscopic surgery for fertility and endometriosis. He is currently Consultant Gynaecologist & Gynaecological Laparoscopic Surgeon at KEMH, Head of Gynaecology Endoscopy at KEMH and Clinical Senior Lecturer in Gynaecology at UWA.

Dr Richard Murphy
MBBS, FRANZCOG
Obstetrician and Gynaecologist
Dr Murphy holds public appointments at KEMH and OPH in addition to a private Obstetrics practice based at SJOG Subiaco. He has completed a fellowship in infertility at Fertility Specialists of Western Australia and has particular interests in the spectrum of pathology from infertility to recurrent miscarriage and perinatal loss. He performs a range of hysteroscopic and laparoscopic procedures for infertility.

Dr Wei-Ying Chua

Obstetrician and Gynaecologist
Dr Chua is a Obstetrician and Gynaecologist working at King Edward Memorial Hospital and St John of God (Subiaco) Hospital. She undertook a postgraduate fertility training fellowship at Fertility Specialists of Western Australia and King Edward Memorial Hospital. She has particular interest in fertility preservation, polycystic ovarian syndrome and gynaecological surgery.

Dr Tamara Hunter
MBBS, BSc(ExSc), FRANZCOG
Obstetrician and Gynecologist
Dr Hunter is an obstetrician & gynaecologist. She is currently completing subspecialty training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility under the mentorship of Professor Hart. She has published several papers in the field of fertility and recently won the Fertility Society of Australia best clinical paper for work conducted at FSWA on in vitro maturation (IVM). Dr Hunter is also a Senior Lecturer within the School of Women’s and Infants Health, UWA.

Dr Ashley E Makepeace
MBBS FRACP
Endocrinologist
Dr Makepeace is an Endocrinologist, who trained locally and in Oxford, UK. She works in general Endocrinology and Diabetes, at Fremantle Hospital and privately. Areas of interest include endocrine causes of infertility, polycystic ovarian syndrome, women’s health and type 1 diabetes. Dr Makepeace is also a guest lecturer at Notre Dame University, Fremantle.
